In order to provide an efficient circulation of materials, the Library had sets the following policy regarding borrowing eligibility, length of loan, renewals, interlibrary loan and damage and replacement.

All CIP personnel as well as trainees and practitioners can borrow any item that circulates for public use.

The Library lends almost all the available material of their collection for a period of seven calendar days. The cost to replace the lost or damage of the items will be charged to the users.

All Library's materials may be renewed, unless on reserve for another borrower. Materials presented for renewal which have reserves on them, must be returned immediately. Renewals requests can be made by telephone, in person, or through the e-mail.

All Libraries' materials may be placed on reserve. The borrower is notified as soon as the reserved material is available for borrowing.

Interlibrary Loan
No Library can meet all the needs of all users, thus the Head-Library actively promote cooperation with other libraries to more effectively meet the needs of their internal users.

Material not part of the Library's collection can be obtained through interlibrary loans. Books are picked up from other local Libraries and returned within 7 calendar days.
Journal articles are general; received via e-mail or photocopied and mailed. Cost involved in this service is always charged to the user.
